Heavenly Father,
As this Sunday begins, we come before You with grateful hearts. Thank You for the gift of a new day and another opportunity to choose hope over fear, love over hate, and healing over despair.
Today we lift up every survivor who is carrying wounds that no one else can see. Wrap them in Your peace. Give strength to those who feel weak, courage to those who are afraid, and hope to those who believe they have none left. Remind them that they are not forgotten, they are not alone, and their story is far from over.
We pray for the children caught in homes filled with fear. Protect them, comfort them, and place caring people in their path who will help lead them to safety.
We pray for first responders, advocates, shelter workers, counselors, medical professionals, attorneys, judges, and every volunteer who stands beside survivors. Renew their strength, grant them wisdom, and remind them that even the smallest act of kindness can change a life forever.
Lord, continue to guide Riders Against Domestic Violence. Keep our mission focused on serving others with compassion, integrity, and humility. Help us be a bridge to safety, healing, and hope for every person who reaches out. Open doors that no one can close, provide the volunteers and resources we need, and let every mile we ride bring glory to You and encouragement to those who need it most.
For those who are struggling today with illness, grief, loneliness, or uncertainty, surround them with Your presence. Remind them that even when the road is difficult, You never leave their side.
May we all leave this day determined to be a light in someone else’s darkness, to speak words that heal instead of hurt, and to love without condition.
In Jesus’ name we pray,
Amen
